As I have heard from hundreds of you from across the country, many have expressed a desire to learn more about herbs and essential oils.  Using herbs to support my health, that of my family, friends  and others has been my passion for almost 40 years now. I have used essential oils for almost 20 years but really got serious when I researched and found true therapeutic oils about 8 years ago.

I love to teach so I’ve been trying to figure out how to offer that to everyone who is interested.  Who would be interested in a short class once or twice a month where we would cover one herb and one oil in depth?  I would concentrate on a mixture of common herbs and essential oils that would be appropriate to the season at that time.  Many medicinals are called “weeds” but if you don’t spray you’ll have them in your lawn.  Just put off mowing for a week and you’ll find them! I’m sure everyone has this growing in their yard if you don’t spray weed killer – and if you do….well…STOP THAT!! 🙂 Do you know what it is and how to use it?  You NEED to!

We would cover plants that grow almost anywhere and can be easily used for different reasons to support wellness.  Occasionally we’ll do a class on how to make a tea…or a salve…or a tincture. We would talk about essential oils, what they can do and how to use them and when to choose an herb and when to choose an oil.  Yes…you need both!

This is one plant I would NEVER be without!  You shouldn’t either! Do you know what it is or how to use it?  This one is a GAME CHANGER!!!

I would want to do this live so you could see the actual plants, the DIYs, and so we could visit face to face and you could ask questions.  We would use an app called ZOOM which you can use on either a phone, tablet or a laptop and…it’s FREE!  I would plan to teach in short segments…20 minutes or less – bite sized learning so you can go out and incorporate that particular lesson before the next one. But I’ll  hang around to answer questions from those who have them.

If there is enough interest, I will work to make this happen.  Just let me know in the comments below!

Blessings,

Cheri
